Course overview

This qualification will provide students with the knowledge and understanding required to successfully lead a team. It aims to develop knowledge around the principles of team leading and the general workings of a business, as well as how important it is for a team leader to be able to successfully communicate with a range of stakeholders.

Course requirements

This course is suitable for anyone aged 14 and above. It can be delivered remotely or in a classroom environment, to suit the requirements of the student.

To attend remotely, delegates will require the following equipment:

  • PC or laptop with a microphone and speakers (a webcam is preferred but not essential)
  • Access to the internet and web browser application (e.g. Google Chrome)
  • An email account for file sharing
