Business Development Consultant

Business Development Consultant
Full time / permanent
£27,500 - £30,000 per annum

Are you experienced in business development and sales across the education sector including apprenticeships? If the answer is yes, then we would like to hear from you.  This is a full time role delivering all working with learners and employers to recruit onto all courses including apprenticeships, adult courses and commercial provision.

Summary of the Post

To generate, identify and secure new business relationships with new non- levy and levy employers and account manage existing employer relationships to meet sustainable sales targets for apprenticeships, adult courses and commercial provision and other ITS training programmes. 

To establish a national network of employers who support ITS by fulfilling their training needs through ITS & by providing advice, expertise and partnerships to ITS.

To achieve/exceed agreed monthly targets, including appointment generation, conversion rates, starts income and commercial targets.

Proactive participation in a variety of sales, marketing & networking activities in order to build and maintain a constant healthy sales pipeline that meets the financial business targets & goals.

To demonstrate a clear commitment to quality by maintaining the targeted 85%, in order to support ITS success rates.

The Salary is £25,000, unless you are able deliver up to higher apps level 4 and 5, then the salary will be £27,500 - £30,000.
