Learning Coach – Health & Social Care

 

Learner Support Coach - Health and Social Care – Part time (21 Hours) - £15,281 pro rata

This is temporary role covering maternity. This role will be reviewed with growth and could be made permanent.

Do you want the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a busy ITS department?

We are looking to recruit a Learning Coach to work within our busy Adult Skills teams. In this rewarding role, you will provide outstanding teaching and learning to students/apprentices to help them achieve qualifications in the area of health and social care and childcare. This will include delivering short qualifications and work-based qualifications across South and West Yorkshire.

You will be a key part of the team and will lead the planning, preparation & reviewing of learning in conjunction with relevant curriculum staff, providing feedback and carrying out reviews as appropriate to ensure students are making expected progress and working towards outcomes.

Health & Social Care Learning Coach – Permanent - £29,233 per annum

We are looking for a dynamic Learning Coach to support our growing caseloads with their apprenticeship studies in Health and Social Care. Do you currently hold an Assessor and Teaching qualification, or are you willing to work towards this?

We are looking for a Health and Social Care Learning Coach with occupational competency working in the care sector. This is a fulltime role delivering all aspects of apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5. Potential candidates will need to be able to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment to support learners through to completion.
