Sales Generator
ITS (part of Barnsley College)
Salary: £27,500 to £32,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent | Full Part time - 37 hours per week

This role will be the main lead generator for ITS. They will be running sales calls, online campaigns, managing employer databases and and creating opportunities to sell education and training services to employers. You will work closely with the business development and management teams to increase recruitment on apprenticeships, adult courses and commercial training.
This is new exciting role to ITS and could lead to the introduction of more direct sales roles to support future growth.

We are looking for a high-quality lead generator who can create opportunities in the education and training sector. The successful candidate must have knowledge of how to create opportunities in the apprenticeship, adult education and commercial training sector. They must be a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills. Experience in a similar role delivering results is preferred.

You will join an established team of 4 Business Development Consultants who also support employers and apprentices through the onboarding and early stages of the apprenticeship journey with ITS. This is a flexible, home-based role, with travel expected to employers as and when required.
