This qualification will provide the underpinning knowledge required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a customer service role. Students will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service related tasks, such as how to manage information and support events.

Course requirements

This course is suitable for anyone aged 14 and above. It can be delivered remotely or in a classroom environment, to suit the requirements of the student.

To attend remotely, delegates will require the following equipment:

  • PC or laptop with a microphone and speakers (a webcam is preferred but not essential).
  • Access to the internet and web browser application (e.g. Google Chrome).
  • An email account for file sharing.
