  • Responding to the cause of abuse and harm
  • Dignity and self-worth in health and social care practice
  • How principles of dignity can be applied
  • How safeguarding can improve a person’s situation dramatically
  • The meaning of duty of care
  • Knowledge of dilemmas and conflicts relating to their duty of care and the wide range of support available for resolving such instances

Course requirements
