Managers, team leaders or trainers who are responsible for training and coaching on either a one-to-one basis or to small groups.

Course requirements

This course can be delivered remotely or in a classroom environment, to suit your requirements.

Delegates must have the following equipment to attend this training remotely:

  • PC or laptop with a microphone and speakers (webcam is preferred but not essential)
  • Access to the internet and web browser application (e.g. Google Chrome)
  • An email account for file sharing

During the course, students will be required to demonstrate the skills they have learnt by delivering a number of short coaching and training sessions. In preparation for this, please consider the subject areas of the sessions you will deliver before attending this course.
