Those who need to chair, manage or participate in meetings on a regular basis. This course aims to explore meeting dynamics and how to manage meetings and achieve established goals. 

Learning outcomes

You will learn how to plan and organise the right types of meeting, control meetings and get the most out of all contributions. You will understand how to deal with negative or awkward people and situations, communicate complex information effectively and use words and non-verbal techniques to influence and persuade.

Course requirements

This course can be delivered remotely or in a classroom environment, to suit your requirements.

Delegates must have the following equipment to attend this training remotely:

  • PC or laptop with a microphone and speakers (webcam is preferred but not essential)
  • Access to the internet and web browser application (e.g. Google Chrome)
  • An email account for file sharing
