Paula and Tony, the owners of the Rhubarb Shed in Sheffield, are dedicated to nurturing their staff's growth through the Independent Training Services (ITS) Hospitality Apprenticeship programmes.
Apprentices at the Rhubarb Shed are diligently working towards qualifications such as Hospitality Team Member Level 2 (front of house), Hospitality Supervisor Level 3, and Production Chef Level 2.
Each apprentice receives support both 'in house' from ITS and the Rhubarb Shed team. The ITS Business Development Team played a crucial role in recruiting team members Millie and Owen, handling advertising and shortlisting candidates without incurring any cost to the Rhubarb Shed. In a proud achievement, Dakota was awarded apprentice of the year for 2024!
The apprentices are making remarkable progress, and the Rhubarb Shed is committed to continuous support in their journey. Bravo to this outstanding team!
