Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
As an ITS Learner, in addition to your training sessions with your tutor, you will have the access to CPD sessions throughout the year. These workshops will enhance your personal development skills and extend your knowledge during your professional career.
CPD is a holistic approach of ideas and techniques that will help you manage your own learning, growth, provide continual upskilling boost confidence, and will empower you to become more competent in your role.
The Connect awards offer an opportunity to recognise your progress, completing 9 sessions will earn you a gold connect badge, 6 sessions will earn you a silver badge, and 3 sessions secure a bronze badge.
