This course looks at how to plan and prepare IT training courses and workshops, and the techniques for gaining individual participation in groups with disparate skills.

Course Content

Following this course, delegates will understand how to use fundamental coaching and training techniques related to real life practical scenarios. They will recognise different learning styles and be able to prepare and deliver effective IT tuition using a structured lesson plan. The course covers:
