Senior Leader Level 7 Higher Apprenticeship
The Level 7 Senior Leader Higher Apprenticeship will teach you how to provide strategic leadership and direction in a wide range of sectors, including health, finance, engineering, and more. You will develop skills to set and manage objectives aligned with your organisation’s strategy, influence at a senior level, and drive company culture. This apprenticeship will equip you to lead teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and report results to senior management or boards.

Course Fees and Funding
How much does the course cost?
There is no cost to being an apprentice. All costs associated with your apprenticeship, including the cost of training and your salary, will be paid by your employer. Funding value £14,000.

Course Content
You must achieve Level 2 English and Maths prior to completing the End-point Assessment (EPA). If you don't already hold Level 2 English and Maths, this content will be blended into the study programme (if it is required).
You will need to find an employer willing to employ you as an apprentice. Please see our apprenticeship vacancies for the latest opportunities. Please be aware, individual employers will set their own entry requirements and selection criteria for their apprenticeship job role.
