Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship
The Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to work in time-bound, high-pressure environments such as schools, hospitals and care homes. You will learn to follow recipes, produce food in high volumes and maintain hygiene, compliance and sustainability. You will develop skills in portion and budget control, adapting dishes, using kitchen equipment and communicating effectively while committing to your personal development.
Course Content
This apprenticeship is about producing basic food dishes.
You will learn key skills and knowedge across the follwoing subjects: Hospitality Industry, nutrition, food safety, kitchen operations, knife safety, legal and governance, teamwork and teamleading skills and business and commercial awareness.

How much does the course cost?
There is no cost to being an apprentice. All costs associated with your apprenticeship, including the cost of training and your salary, will be paid by your employer. Funding value £6,000.
