Develop further knowledge of Power BI examining how to connect to data, view report data and use bookmarks. Additionally, time will be spent looking at row level security, publishing and an introduction to DAX.

  • How to set up row level security

Publishing and the Power BI Service:

  • Power BI dashboards
  • Sharing dashboards and reports
  • Scheduling report refreshes
  • Security for row level security reports
  • Creating apps

DAX:

  • Calculate function
  • The importance of a date table
  • Time Intelligence
  • Using DAX for conditional formatting
  • Using variables in DAX
