This course covers all the fundamental skills required to:

• Create and format simple, professional documents with a variety of layouts in Microsoft Word
• Create and format spreadsheets, automate spreadsheets with formulas and prepare them for printing and other outputs in Microsoft Excel
• Communicate efficiently with colleagues via email and schedule your calendar time with Microsoft Outlook
