HR Support Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship

The Level 3 HR Support Advanced Apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to provide front-line HR support in medium to large organisations or as an HR Manager in a smaller company. You will assist with HR processes such as recruitment, managing employee queries, using HR systems, and providing HR advice based on company policy and current law, supporting managers and ensuring compliance.

Course Content

• Understands the structure of the organisation.

• Basic understanding of HR in their sector and any unique features.

• Understands the role and focus of HR within the organisation; its business plan / priorities and how these apply to their role.

• Understands the systems, tools and processes used in the role, together with the standards to be met, including the core HR systems used by the organisation.

• Delivers excellent customer service on a range of HR queries and requirements.

• Identifies opportunities to improve HR performance and service.

• Keeps up to date with business changes and HR legal/policy/process changes relevant to their role.

• Seeks feedback and acts on it to improve their performance and overall capability.
