Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship
The Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to work in restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars and event venues. You will develop customer service, teamwork and operational skills while gaining flexibility to support different departments. The course covers food and beverage service, barista skills, food production, concierge, housekeeping, reception, reservations and events. Training takes place in a real workplace, preparing you for a career in hospitality.
Course Content
You will learn skills, knowlege and behaviours on the following subjects/topics: Communication in hospitality, team work and team leading in hospitality, food safety in hospitality, health and safety, customers in hospitality, business awareness and sustainability. Depending on which pathway you could also learn food and beverage skills, barwork, barista and reception.

How much does the course cost?
There is no cost to being an apprentice. All costs associated with your apprenticeship, including the cost of training and your salary, will be paid by your employer. Funding value £4,000.
