Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship

The Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Higher Apprenticeship will prepare you to lead day-to-day practice in a variety of settings, including nurseries, schools and social care environments. You will develop skills to work directly with children, providing high-quality, play-based learning and supporting others to enhance their practice. This apprenticeship will equip you to take an operational lead in the care, learning, and development of young children, ensuring inclusive and holistic provision tailored to individual needs.

  • Health and wellbeing of children,

  • How to provide playful and sensitive interaction

  • Lead daily routines of practice

  • Be an adovate for the childs development

  • Promote and demonstrate equality and diversity, safeguarding, team leading skills, personal development, health and safety and effective administrative systems.

How much does the course cost?

There is no cost to being an apprentice. All costs associated with your apprenticeship, including the cost of training and your salary, will be paid by your employer. Funding value £8,000.
