Digital Support Technician Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
The Level 3 Digital Support Technician Advanced Apprenticeship will prepare you to support and implement digital operations and change projects across various organisations. You will develop skills to manage digital technologies, improve productivity and support service users through online channels. This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to meet the growing demand for professionals who will drive digital transformation and enhance customer service.

You will learn the following subjects:
Techical support for customers
Time managaement
Relevant policies and legislation
Basic data analysis and data security
Resolving of digital issues
Stakeholder management
You will also cover digital applications technician or digital service technician as a pathway

Course Fees and Funding
How much does the course cost?
There is no cost to being an apprentice. All costs associated with your apprenticeship, including the cost of training and your salary, will be paid by your employer. Funding value £13,000.

Course Content
You must achieve Level 2 English and Maths prior to completing the End-point Assessment (EPA). If you don't already hold Level 2 English and Maths, this content will be blended into the study programme (if it is required).
You will need to find an employer willing to employ you as an apprentice. Please see our apprenticeship vacancies for the latest opportunities. Please be aware, individual employers will set their own entry requirements and selection criteria for their apprenticeship job role.
