Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
The Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Advanced Apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to provide professional customer support across all sectors, handling complex requests, complaints and queries. You will become an expert in your organisation’s products or services, sharing knowledge with your team. You will gather and analyse customer data to drive improvements in service, working in environments such as contact centres or retail.

Customer Insights and Relationships: Participants learn to analyze customer types, expectations, and behaviors to foster loyalty and satisfaction while managing complex situations effectively.

How much does the course cost?
