Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship

The Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to deliver high-quality products and services across various channels, including face-to-face, digitally and in customer’s own localities. You will learn to manage orders, payments, offer advice, provide support, resolve issues and measure customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experiences and career prospects in the service sector.

How much does the course cost?

There is no cost to being an apprentice. All costs associated with your apprenticeship, including the cost of training and your salary, will be paid by your employer. Funding value £3,500.
