The Opportunity
You’ll play an important role in supporting our apprentices across a variety of business and professional sectors. Using your experience in areas like Customer Service, Business Administration, Hospitality, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing, Digital, and Financial Services, you’ll deliver apprenticeship programmes that help learners build valuable skills and progress confidently in their careers.
You’ll plan and deliver engaging and effective teaching, learning and assessment sessions tailored to each learner’s needs. Your work will be varied and rewarding, combining one-to-one support, workplace visits, online learning, and classroom sessions where appropriate.
Managing your own caseload, you’ll regularly review progress and create personalised learning plans. You’ll work closely with employers to ensure training aligns with their business goals and supports learners’ career ambitions. You’ll also help learners develop their Functional Skills in English, Maths and Digital, either by delivering sessions yourself or working alongside specialist tutors.
You’ll keep accurate records, prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA), and include important topics like safeguarding, equality and diversity, and British values into your teaching.
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the careers of our learners across a range of industries. You’ll use your expertise to help individuals develop practical skills and confidence that directly impact their professional growth. The role offers variety, allowing you to work with diverse learners and employers, keeping your days interesting and rewarding.
