By bringing together our expertise in commercial training, workforce development and apprenticeships we are well-placed to make a real difference to individual students and businesses alike.

We provide quality training to students who are already employed or preparing to enter into their chosen profession. Our comprehensive portfolio includes accredited end-user IT, business and employability skills courses for individual students, alongside apprenticeships and workforce development for local, regional and national employers. These are delivered by our in-house team of experienced and qualified trainers online, at employer sites and through our network of training centres.

The Opportunity

You’ll play an important role in helping our learners build the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need for a rewarding career in Health and Social Carer. You’ll deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of qualifications. Your sessions will be engaging, purposeful and tailored to meet the needs of each learner, supporting them to develop both professionally and personally.

You’ll manage a caseload of learners and be there to guide and support them every step of the way—from initial assessments and inductions through to achievement. Whether through one-to-one coaching, group workshops or workplace visits, you’ll plan and deliver learning that makes a real difference. You’ll use a variety of assessment methods and keep clear, up-to-date records to monitor progress and help learners stay on track.

Working closely with employers, you’ll hold regular reviews to check in on progress, agree off-the-job training plans and ensure everyone is working together to support the apprentice’s journey. You’ll also embed key themes such as safeguarding, British Values, and equality and diversity in everything you do, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.

This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on the lives and futures of our learners entering the Health and Social Care sector. You’ll be directly involved in shaping their development, supporting them to build meaningful careers while raising the quality of care and education across the profession.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of industry knowledge, teaching ability and a real passion for helping others succeed. You’ll have a solid background in Health and Social Care, along with up-to-date knowledge of the sector that you can draw on to make your sessions relevant, engaging and meaningful.

You’ll be confident working with a variety of learners, tailoring your approach to suit different learning styles and needs. Strong communication skills are essential—you’ll be building positive relationships with learners, employers and colleagues, so being approachable, supportive and well-organised will go a long way.

Ideally, you’ll hold a recognised teaching qualification (or be working towards one), along with an assessor qualification and relevant vocational qualifications in Health and Social Care. Experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational training would be a real bonus—but will also consider candidates that are new to teaching and bring the right energy, enthusiasm and commitment.

You will need to be proactive, motivated and committed to making a difference. If you enjoy seeing others grow, feel comfortable using digital tools to support learning, and want to play a hands-on role in shaping the future of the childcare workforce, this could be a great opportunity for you.
