A fantastic opportunity has become available for a business administration apprentice to join the small, dynamic team at One Resource which is based centrally to Sheffield.


General Duties and Qualification Units are to Include:

Payroll duties
Invoicing
Upkeep of social media marketing activity
Creating mailshots
Speaking to potential job seekers
Up keep/management of a shared diary
Writing and posting job ads
Responding to emails
Confirming interviews
Typing up job descriptions
Scheduling interviews
Qualification Unit-Managing your own and others performance in a business environment
Qualification Unit-Improving your own performance in a business environment
Qualification Unit-Working in a business environment
Qualification Unit-Using Office equipment
A range of optional units will also be selected with the candidate and employer to form a personalised programme of learning which is relevant to the role.

Full training and support will be provided.

Training to be provided

As part of this apprenticeship you will gain your Intermediate Diploma Level 2 in Business Administration which will be delivered entirely at the place of work, both on and off the job by Independent Training College. The apprenticeship standards also include functional skills qualifications in Maths and English when required.

Training Allowance: £122.50 per week

This wage is in line with the NMW for apprentices, which is currently £3.50 per hour. This allowance applies to all candidates who are considered to be in the first year of their apprenticeship, regardless of age. If the successful candidate is classed as being in the second year of their apprenticeship or beyond, at least the full NMW appropriate to their age applies.
