This is a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Office Administrator to work at a local Solicitors Office in Harrogate, where you can work towards your Business Administration Level 3 qualification.


Job Role will include:


  • Archiving of Closed Files
  • Filing of Legal Documents
  • Visits to Court to present documents and obtain signatures
  • Assisting Practice Manager
  • Admin
  • General Errands
  • Answering phones
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Sorting post
  • Typing letters
  • Buying stationery and office equipment
  • Problem solving
  • Organising and tidying
  • Using Xero, Office, LEAP
  • Organising charity events
  • Making tea and coffee
  • Reception Duties
  • Scanning of Post and distribution
  • Photocopying
  • Booking Meetings and overseeing meeting rooms
  • Banking
  • Daily Post out
  • Petty cash
  • Updating of matter records when necessary
  • File opening
  • File closure
  • Preparation of hearing bundles
  • Overseeing and updating of OneDrive folders

Qualification required:

Training to be provided:

Full training will be provided.

As part of this apprenticeship you will gain your Advanced Diploma Level 3 in Business Administration which will be delivered entirely at the place of work, both on and off the job by Independent Training Services. The apprenticeship standards also include functional skills qualifications in Maths and English when required.

Number of vacancies: 1

Training Wage : between £11,500 and £17,500 per annum dependent on experience

Weekly hours : 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday  9am - 5.30pm)
