The Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service is designed to provide an excellent platform to increase your skills, knowledge and experience in a customer-centric environment. This increases employability and allows individuals to flourish in a vast number of roles.

On-the-job activities include: learning the principles of business; understanding how to resolve customer issues and retain customers; developing resources that keep the level of customer support consistent; managing the use of technology and social media to improve customer service; promoting additional products and services to customers; managing team and individuals’ performance.
