- Responding to the cause of abuse and harm
- Dignity and self-worth in health and social care practice
- How principles of dignity can be applied
- How safeguarding can improve a person’s situation dramatically
- The meaning of duty of care
- Knowledge of dilemmas and conflicts relating to their duty of care and the wide range of support available for resolving such instances
